TIGHTAILS YAMAHA R9 Rear subframe Tightails is made for racing only. They are not designed for use with Street/OEM Bodywork. Tightails is made for race bodywork which do not have headlights, tail lights, mirrors, etc. Will fit the model years 2025+ Yamaha R9 The TighTails subframe for the Yamaha R9 offers an extra rigid seating platform while only tipping the scales at 2.6lb which is a massive difference from the oem one 7.5lbs Made from 6082 Aluminum as well as heavy duty TIG welds make the extra strong/lightweight subframe possible. The battery tray will require trimming to allow to fit into the subframe. More details to come in the future.
