MotoLoadout hosts material uploaded by riders — build photos, review photos, and forum posts. Cotheria LLC d/b/a MotoLoadout respects copyright and responds to valid notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.

Reporting infringement

If you own the copyright in material posted here without your permission, send a notice to dmca@motoloadout.com with the subject line DMCA Notice. To be effective under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), it must include all of the following:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the copyrighted work you say was infringed.
• The URL of the material on MotoLoadout, specific enough for us to find it.
• Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by you, your agent, or the law.
• A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and — under penalty of perjury — that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.

We remove or disable access to material that is the subject of a valid notice, and we notify whoever posted it.

Counter-notice

If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address. It must include your signature, identification of the removed material and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake, and your name, address, and telephone number, together with consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district.

If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material after 10 to 14 business days unless the original complainant tells us they have filed a court action.

Repeat infringers

We terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyright.

Misuse

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing can make you liable for damages. Please be certain before sending a notice.
