Nitron TVT22 Adventure Fork Cartridge Kits feature all the capabilities of the standard TVT22 system, with additional enhancements specifically designed for adventure and dual-sport use. Adventure-Specific Enhancements Hydraulic bottom-out control system to reduce harsh impacts when landing from jumps Internal damping settings optimised for adventure bikes and mixed terrain use Advanced Damping Control Nitron TVT22 Fork Cartridge Kits deliver significant improvements in rider control, performance, and comfort, consistent with Nitron’s engineering standards. Key features include: Unique 22mm piston design for enhanced damping performance over OEM setups Independent adjustment: Rebound (right fork) Compression (left fork) An additional high-speed damping valve is incorporated into the compression cartridge. This valve is pre-set to react to sharp, high-speed impacts—conditions that typically unsettle conventional suspension setups, especially under braking and cornering loads. Serviceability & Tuning All three valve pistons can be quickly and easily removed for re-valving No need to remove the forks from the bike This allows efficient servicing and rapid setup adjustments. Fork Cartridge Installation Service Nitron does not currently offer a factory installation service for fork cartridges. However, a network of approved Nitron specialists is available worldwide.
