In fact, brake lever protection is so important that it is obligatory for racing and track days in the UK. Easily fitted to the handlebar, Evotech’s aerodynamic lever guard is shaped to fit around the brake lever, intending to deflect unexpected knocks and taps. Completing the upgrade, a matching Road-size Evotech Bar End Weight is supplied for the clutch end of the handlebars. Note: When fitting Evotech Brake Lever Protector Kits, it is the rider’s responsibility to ensure the motorcycle’s throttle action (correct free-play, smooth opening and closing of the throttle, etc) is not impaired in any way.
