Many riders choose to switch from the OE motorcycle mirrors to bar end mirrors to gain a wider, clearer view of the road behind. Furthermore, the increase of weight the EP parts bring to the handlebar ends can reduce the high-frequency vibrations often experienced through the handlebars. The Evotech Bar End Mirrors with Brake Protector Kit for the BMW F 900 XR Sport has the clear advantage of an added lever guard. Often a requirement for track days, the EP brake protector defends against accidental application of the brake, a key safety feature. Both parts are easily installed using Evotech Performance’s innovative model-specific installation design. Note: Evotech Bar End Sport Mirrors / Brake Protector will not fit whilst the BMW handguards are in position. The BMW OE handguards must be removed from the handlebars before Evotech Bar End Sport Mirrors / Brake Protector can be installed. Note: When fitting Evotech Bar End Sport Mirrors / Brake Protector, it is the rider’s responsibility to ensure the motorcycle’s throttle action (correct free-play, smooth opening and closing of the throttle, etc) is not impaired in any way. Evotech Bar End Sport Mirrors / Brake Protector are designed to be used only with the OE throttle tube and handlebar grip.
