Phone mount options that clear a steering damper on the fork stem

Running a fork-stem mount is the tidiest option for a phone on a sportbike, but the stem is already occupied on a lot of bikes - steering damper, or the damper bracket, depending on the setup. What has actually worked for people? Bar-clamp mounts, a triple-clamp adapter, something that shares the stem, or is the answer to give up on the stem entirely? Interested in what fits without cutting anything, and whether vibration through a bar mount is as bad for phone cameras as people say.
